River provides brain-computer interface technology including:

• Hardware Products: Active EEG electrodes and other BCI hardware designed for non-invasive neural signal acquisition
• Software Development Kit (SDK): Tools for training and deploying AI models on real-time EEG and fNIRS brain data
• Website Services: Information, waitlist registration, and customer support
• Research Platform: Collaborative tools for neural data analysis and BCI development

Eligibility and Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• For BCI hardware use, you must be in good physical and mental health
• Users with certain medical conditions (epilepsy, implanted medical devices, etc.) should consult healthcare providers before use

Product Orders and Purchases

Order Process

• All product information, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice
• Orders are subject to acceptance and inventory availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Payment must be received in full before order processing

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

Returns and Refunds

• Hardware products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BCI technology is experimental and results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance metrics.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIVER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
